Programme and project establishment

The decisions made in the early stages of a programme shape everything that follows. We help organisations establish programmes for success — defining scope and objectives, designing the governance and decision-making structure, building the integrated plan, identifying key risks, and standing up the programme management office where needed. Good establishment prevents the kind of scope confusion, governance gaps, and planning optimism that cause programmes to struggle later.

Programme management and oversight

We provide ongoing programme management capability — either as the programme manager, as specialist support within an existing programme team, or as an independent Programme Management Office. Our involvement is calibrated to what the programme actually needs, which varies by phase, by complexity, and by the capacity of the client’s own team.

Programme recovery and assurance

When a programme is in difficulty — running behind schedule, over budget, or losing stakeholder confidence — it needs clear-eyed assessment and decisive action. We conduct programme health assessments that identify the root causes of delivery problems and the specific actions needed to recover the programme. Where required, we provide hands-on recovery support — restructuring plans, renegotiating scope, rebuilding governance, and restoring confidence in the programme’s ability to deliver.
