Where we come from
Biscoe Consulting was established with a clear purpose: to provide Australian organisations with the kind of consulting support that actually makes a difference. Not glossy slide decks that arrive after the hard decisions have already been made, but substantive engagement from day one that shapes thinking and drives real outcomes.
Our founders and senior consultants have each spent significant parts of their careers on the client side — in Commonwealth and state government agencies, defence organisations, and large not-for-profit bodies. We've sat in the meetings, managed the stakeholders, written the business cases, and delivered the programmes. That experience is the foundation of everything we do.
We are deliberately a mid-sized firm. We don't spread ourselves thin across every client and sector just to grow revenue. We take on engagements where we know we can add genuine value, we staff them with our best people, and we stay close to the work until it's done.
