Alexandra Chen
Director — Strategy & Advisory
Alexandra brings 15 years of experience in Commonwealth government, including senior roles in central agencies and portfolio departments. She has led major strategic reviews, machinery-of-government transitions, and investment framework reforms. Alexandra holds a Masters in Public Policy from ANU.
James O'Brien
Director — Programme Management
James has spent his career delivering complex government and defence programmes. He has served as Programme Director on several major ICT and capability delivery programmes, and brings deep expertise in programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Sarah Watkins
Principal Consultant — Performance & Finance
Sarah specialises in financial management, performance improvement, and business case development. She has worked across Commonwealth, state, and not-for-profit sectors, and has particular expertise in the accountability frameworks that govern public sector financial management.
Michael Torres
Principal Consultant — Defence & Costing
Michael's background spans defence capability acquisition and cost estimation. He has worked on major defence capital programmes in CASG and brings specialist expertise in whole-of-life cost modelling, procurement strategy, and capability programme management.
Priya Sharma
Senior Consultant — Change & Procurement
Priya has a strong record in change management and procurement advisory. She has supported large-scale organisational transformations across government and not-for-profit organisations, and has managed complex procurement processes including panel arrangements and major service contracts.
David Nguyen
Senior Consultant — Grants & Engagement
David specialises in grants administration and stakeholder engagement. He has designed and managed Commonwealth and state grants programmes across multiple policy areas, and brings particular expertise in programme evaluation and community engagement.
